US Shipping and Processing times are up to 7 Business days

Please keep in mind that during high volume order times such as sales or new release orders can take up to 7 business days to process before being shipped out. We thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business. 

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped as well as a tracking number to be able to track your order through the Shop app. 

We apologize for any potential delays that may delay your order once it has been shipped out. Once the item has been shipped any delays are out of our control.

Kua+Lani is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages.

RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered but if for any reason your order is not what you expected, please let us know.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. - with original packaging and tags.

If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a refund will be given back to the original card on the order.

No returns or exchanges on sale items or items using coupon codes.

Shipping costs and Customized items are non-refundable.

Kua+Lani is not responsible for return postage.
